If you refuse delivery or do not collect a parcel, the order may be returned to sender depending on the carrier and local process.
For Corivitus orders, refused-delivery refunds are only reviewed after the returned shipment is received and inspected. A processing fee of up to €30 may be deducted where permitted by policy and law.
To avoid delays or deductions, contact support before refusing a delivery whenever possible.
