Orders are processed quickly. For Corivitus orders, cancellation requests may be submitted within 1 hour after order placement, provided the order has not already shipped.
If you need to change your address, product quantity, or cancel the order, contact us immediately through the Corivitus support form and include your order number.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it. You may need to follow the return process after delivery if the order is eligible.
